Terms and Conditions
We want to offer you complete satisfaction with all your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item(s) within 20 days of receipt for refund or replacement. All items must be returned in unused and unbroken condition unless returning for defects. Defects are typically handled by the respective manufacturer and we’ll be happy to assist you with any problems you encounter. You will not be charged shipping twice on corrected items nor on back order items. Please see our Guarantee and Return Policy. Should we have a need to contact you about an order, you must supply a valid email for us to do so. We will only contact you through email when we have questions. If you do not respond to our email, your order may be canceled without further notification.
Candles, vines, flowers, batteries and any other accessories that help promote a products image are not included with the product, unless otherwise stated.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Wondertrail accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and we use state of the art fraud and risk prevention for our mutual protection. We never sell, store or offer to any other establishment any of your information. When using your credit card, please provide your billing and shipping information accurately and completely with daytime-nighttime phone numbers. We ship to all military addresses such as APO, FPO and American Conciliates. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account.
Undeliverable or Return to Sender Orders
Should for some reason our selected carrier for you order cannot complete the delivery and your order is listed as Undeliverable or Return to Sender, we reserve the right to call upon and receive the product(s) back before we can issue a refund or adjustment to your account. If the address you had given us was correct and we had shipped to that address, shipping will not be refundable and there may be a restocking fee of not more than 15% at our discretion.
Delivery Confirmation of Orders
If a package shows delivered by any of the carriers we use to deliver your package, it will be considered delivered and we will not be responsible for it should you not receive your merchandise. We do this because we supply you with tracking information to watch the progress of your purchase from departure to delivery via your account and email. You are responsible to track your package and ensure its delivery to your selected address. If you find that your package is not where it is supposed to be, check entirely around your perimeter, between doors, family members and neighbors. If you still do not find it, contact the respective carrier IMMEDIATELY with your tracking number so they can contact the courier and find where it is. Again, we are not responsible for the delivery of your purchase as it is yours; we will always ship your merchandise to the address you gave us on the order. If you live in an apartment complex, it is especially important that you maintain adherence to the tracking information so that you will receive it in hand upon delivery. We will not be held liable for theft and you agree to these terms when you click the I Agree to Terms button during ordering process.
If a product does fall on backorder status during your order, we will notify you within two business days using the information you supplied with your order. This is our opportunity to tell you when an anticipated time of arrival will be and it is always your option to cancel the order or any part there of. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, and discontinued items may not be backordered. We only charge shipping once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. We will not ship back orders via "express" ship method. We do not assume back orders are to ship express shipping when requesting express for in-stock merchandise. You may cancel your backorders at any time prior to the order invoicing by contacting us through our Contact Page. Backorders shipped at our expense will be shipped via the most economical shipper. Please be advised that Pre Orders and items purchased that are Out of Stock at time of ordering may incur shipping and will be charged at our normal shipping rate at the time they arrive if they are added with in stock items in your shopping cart. We reserve the right to hold your order temporarily should we know that we can fill your complete order in a short period of time and not incur additional shipping.
PRE ORDER - SPECIAL ORDER
Pre Orders and Special Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. We make every attempt to give an accurate time frame arrival of products in pre order status. When you order an item for pre order, we use that information to ensure our orders from distributorship and manufacturers is as prompt and as accurate as possible. When an order is canceled that was initially a pre order, that order has already costs our company funds for the commitment we offer to distributors and through payment processing. Thus said, when an order is canceled that was originally a pre order, a 5% cancelation fee will be applied to cover processing fees incurred. This does not apply to products that are ordered and then fall into preorder status because of overselling.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wondertrail ships all over the world. Please send payment in the form of an International Money Order in U.S. Funds.
Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information. Many airplane and sailplane kits, which do not exceed box size restrictions, can be shipped to Canada and other international countries. While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to serve some countries at this time due to US law. Please note that some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of radio-controlled models. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs completed by the user.
Every product you buy from this site must be free of defects. Otherwise, please return it to Wondertrail.com within 20 days of receipt for replacement or refund, excludes RC models. (See below)
To return merchandise, please use the Support Page to contact us. Ensure you first contact us with the Invoice and Item numbers from your shipping list and the reasons of return. Please DO NOT send the merchandise directly back for we will provide you an authorization number and a return address. Should you return merchandise without a return authorization, it will be refused and returned to sender.
a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Wondertrail.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b. We can only give you store credit for clearance items.
c. We do not refund single use batteries.
d. We do not refund shipping costs incurred.
e. We do not refund sales tax.
f. If the product is an RC model or model train and it does not work, please call the respective manufacturer as per the enclosed instructions with the model. If you have problems contacting these manufacturers, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you. Your sales receipt from us will greatly aide you in warrantee repairs.
g. All electronic equipment MUST be pre-tested before use. If you detect a failure in ANY electronic equipment, especially in RC models, DO NOT USE IT! Instead, contact us or the manufacturer for further instructions. Once a piece of electronic equipment is put into operation, it will be deemed "OPERATIONAL" and no exceptions will be allowed for returns should a model fail while in operation. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer of your item.
a. The product must be "resalable"! If you would like a refund, please contact us first at our support page and let us know of your intent of return with the product and invoice number. We will return with an authorization number and address for return. You have up to 20 days from original receipt of the item(s) to decide if you would like a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee and there is no refund on shipping costs incurred and taxes if applicable
b. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be defaced, damaged or missing any items from the original product, to include instructions and any paperwork.
c. No model shall exhibit use, impact or abuse damage in order for returns to be valid from any manufacturer or from ourselves. Chances are if it has been opened, it will be deemed "used" and non resalable.
d. If any product has been opened, altered, assembled in any way, decals attached from the decal sheet, painted or do not adhere to the standards above, it is not returnable.
e. If the product is a fuel powered vehicle and exhibits any presence of fuel in or on the vehicle, it is not returnable.
f. Opened fuel in not returnable and is a Federal offense if delivered.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Broken Items in Shipment Return Policy
If you should receive merchandise that is broken in shipment, claims to us must be received to us within three business days from the time of receipt. Please respond with your order number and description of damages, including if there is container damage and which items are damaged. We will respond with instructions depending on the carrier that was used. If you have a digital picture that you can send, that would also help us in posting a claim with the respective carrier. Please send your email and respective pictures to us through our support page.
Retail Value of Each Item
Every product on this site is shown with a "Suggested Retail Price." Every effort has been made to suggest prices that are both moderate and realistic in relationship to comparable items in a wide cross-section of retail stores across the nation.
We update our web site to reflect model changes in products as fast as possible, but we reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this site are actual photos of the products available at the time of publishing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown on this site are close approximations. Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
NOTE Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.
