Product Status

Available – Available means the product is available either in our store or from one of our extensive resources of distributors.

Preorder – The manufacturer of this item has stated this item is new and will be released within the next few months. Sometimes you will see a release date that accompanies this status. Again this is the date that the manufacturer has set for the release of this product and may not be completely accurate.

Out of stock - Available for Pre-order.
This product is out of stock in our warehouses and with the manufacturer, but we have been told that it will be back in stock soon. You can preorder this to make sure you get it as soon as it becomes available again.

Out of Stock - This item is discontinued and cannot be ordered.
This item is out of stock and has been discontinued from the manufacturer. It is not available for order and the manufacture is not producing it any longer.

Special Order
Special order items are items that have been identified by us and the distributors as a non stocked item. It is available for order but does not have a definite time table for delivery.

Low Stock – This item has limited quantities available
This item stock is low between us and the distributors but is a normally stocked item. If we do not have enough of this item to fill your order it will be placed into pre-order status.

Low Stock - Discontinued – This item will be discontinued when sold out
This item stock is low between us and the distributors and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. When the stock is depleted the item will be removed from the website. If we cannot fill your order we will cancel and refund the difference.

Out of Stock
This item is currently out of stock and we do not know at this time if the manufacturer is still producing this item. As soon as we get a definitive answer from the manufacturer, we will change the status appropriately.

On all status orders, unless you select Pre Order Only, your credit card is charged as soon as you place the order. For preorders, Out of Stock, and Special Orders; when you place your order you lock in the price at the time of order. As with most manufactures when a product is produced on an additional run the price is usually increased.

Shipping Wait and Cancelations Before Shipping

We have over 10 thousand products available for sale, but we can only keep the rapid moving items on-hand in our warehouse which is still thousands of items. In addition, stock levels fluctuate throughout the day. When you place an order for a product that is not in our local inventory at the time, we have to order that item from one of our numerous distributors, and it takes a few days to arrive from one of their warehouses across the country. The range of dates we provide factors in the shipping time from our distributor in addition to the time it takes us to process the order. We are open and up front with our policies and make known of our intentions on all orders we receive. Thus so, should you back out of an order within the ten days we allow ourselves to construct your order, you will be charged a restock fee of 10 percent of the items you choose to cancel. We charge this fee because it offsets the price of credit card fees that we must pay regardless of the order status and shipping costs.

When you order express shipping, it does not mean it will leave our warehouse any quicker, it just means when it does ship it, it will go express.

Our Policy

We want to offer you complete satisfaction with all your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item(s) within 20 days of receipt for refund or replacement. All items must be returned in unused and unbroken condition unless returning for defects. You will not be charged shipping twice on corrected items. Please see our Guarantee and Return Policy.

Candles, vines, flowers, batteries and any other accessories that help promote a products image are not included with the product, unless otherwise stated.

We take pride in our low prices and do constant price comparisons to make sure that we offer the industry's lowest possible prices and best overall value. If you find a lower price on a product prior to purchase somewhere else, please call us and we'll do our best to match it. (Does not apply to close-outs, out-of- stocks or prices due to typographical or other errors) We reserve the right to price match solely at our discretion.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

Wondertrail accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address and it must be the same as your shipping address with daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.  If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could mean less delays when placing your orders with Wondertrail and other companies. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. When ordering with your credit card please also have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply.

BACKORDERS - PRE ORDER - SPECIAL ORDER

If a product does fall on backorder status during your order, we will notify you within two business days using the information you supplied with your order. This is our opportunity to tell you when an anticipated time of arrival will be and it is always your option to cancel the order or any part there of. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, and discontinued items may not be backordered. Pre Orders and Special Orders will be shipped as they were received. We only charge our shipping charge once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. We will only ship back orders via an "express" ship method at the customer's request. We do not assume back orders are to ship express shipping when requesting express for in-stock merchandise. Backorders shipped to international addresses or via "Express" shipping methods will incur special shipping charges with each shipment. You may cancel your backorders at any time prior to the order invoicing by contacting us through our Contact Page. Backorders shipped at our expense will be shipped via the most economical shipper. Please be advised that Pre Order shipping will be charged at our normal shipping rate at the time they arrive if added with in stock items.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Wondertrail ships all over the world. Please send payment in the form of an International Money Order in U.S. Funds, or use your credit card..

Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information. Many airplane and sailplane kits, which do not exceed box size restrictions, can be shipped to Canada and other international countries. While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to serve some countries at this time due to US law or credit card security reasons. Please note that some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled models. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs completed by the user.

Excellence Guarantee

Every product you buy from this site must be free of defects. Otherwise, please return it to Wondertrail.com within 20 days of receipt for replacement or refund, excludes RC models. (See below)

To return merchandise, please use the Support Page to contact us. Insure you first contact us with the Invoice and Item numbers from your shipping list, and the reasons of return. Please DO NOT send the merchandise directly back - we will provide you an authorization number and a return address.

a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Wondertrail.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

b. We can only give you store credit for clearance items.

c. We do not refund single use batteries.

d. We do not refund shipping costs incurred.

e. We do not refund sales tax.

f. If the product is a Megatech, Traxxas, HPI, Kyosho, Tamiya, Hotbody, Venom, CEN, XTM or any other RC model or Model Train, and it does not work, please call the respective manufacturer as per the enclosed instructions with the model. If you have problems contacting these manufacturers, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you.

g. All electronic equipment MUST be pre-tested before use. If you detect a failure in ANY electronic equipment, especially in RC models, DO NOT USE IT! Instead, contact us or the manufacturer for further instructions. Once a piece of electronic equipment is put into operation, it will be deemed “OPERATIONAL” and no exceptions will be allowed for returns should a model fail while in operation. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer of your item.

Return Policy

a. The product must be “resalable”! If you would like a refund, please contact us first at our support page and let us know of your intent of return with the product and invoice number. We will return with an authorization number and address for return. You have up to 20 days from original receipt of the item(s) to decide if you would like a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee and there is no refund on shipping costs incurred and taxes if applicable

b. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be defaced, damaged or missing any items from the original product, to include instructions and any paperwork.

c. No model shall exhibit use, impact or abuse damage in order for returns to be valid from any manufacturer or Wondertrail.com.

d. If any product has been opened, altered, assembled in any way, decals attached from the decal sheet, painted or do not adhere to the standards above, it is not returnable.

e. If the product is a fuel powered vehicle and exhibits any presence of fuel in or on the vehicle, it is not returnable.

f. Opened fuel in not returnable and is a Federal offense if delivered.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

Broken Items in Shipment Return Policy

If you should receive merchandise that is broken in shipment, claims to us must be received to us within three business days from the time of receipt. Please respond with your order number and description of damages, including if there is container damage and which items are damaged. We will respond with instructions depending on the carrier that was used. If you have a digital picture that you can send, that would also help us in posting a claim with the respective carrier. Please send your email and respective pictures to us through our support page.

Substitutions

We update our web site to reflect model changes in products as fast as possible, but we reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this site are actual photos of the products available at the time of publishing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown on this site are close approximations. Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
