Out-of-stock and Backorder Products

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We will notify you by email and give you 3 days to reply. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. If we still cannot reach you, your order will be placed on backorder status. Backorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery. Please be advised that Pre Order shipping will be charged at our normal shipping rate at the time they arrive if added with in stock items.




Handling and Processing Times

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible however we can not guarantee when your order will be shipped. We strive to ship your order within 5 business days. We ship orders in the order that they are received. Therefore, if you select express shipping it does not mean that your order will be processed faster it just specifies how the order will be shipped when it does go out.
